The woman who helped to make “No Scrubs” famous is heading to TV.
Tionne Watkins, otherwise known as T-Boz from TLC, will guest star on NBC’s Days of Our Lives over the next two months as a hardened, no-good prison inmate, EW has learned exclusively. She’ll play Sheila, the pokey’s top dog who vows to make Hope’s stay behind bars a memorable one.
Hope, played by Kristian Alfonso, is currently in prison for the murder of Stefano DiMera.
T-Boz’s first episode airs Nov. 30 — the same time DOOL star Deidre Hall will reprise her role as Hattie, the bawdy Marlena-lookalike who’s in the slammer for embezzlement. Glee’s Dot-Marie Jones will also show up behind bars as Chille.
T-Boz will continue on the sudser through January. This marks her first daytime soap appearance.
Days of Our Lives airs weekdays on NBC.
