The latest track to be lifted from the new TLC album is the thought provoking, powerful and uplifting track “American Gold“!

The song will be available to everyone who has already pre-ordered the album, as well as Spotify and TLCVEVO so go and check your accounts after midnight!

The album will be released on June 30.

Chilli, shown above with Marshall’s lead actor, Chadwick Boseman will be playing the role of Zora Neale Hurston in the upcoming thriller, according to IMDB.  The real life Zora, pictured above was a well-known and accomplished writer of African American literature during the Harlem Renaissance.  Hurston has won numerous awards and was considered to be the most successful and most significant black female writer of the early 20th century.  Read more about Zora here.

Marshall, described as a thriller by Chadwick Boseman in this interview from the Jimmy Kimmel show, is about an early case tried by Thurgood Marshall.  The movie is set in 1942, before Marshall became the first African American Supreme Court Justice in 1967.  The movie is directed by Reginald Hudlin (Django Unchained, House Party, Boomerang) and stars Sterling K. Brown, Kate Hudson, Josh Gad, Sophia Bush, Keesha Sharp, Jussie Smollett, Dan Stevens, and of course Chilli!

TLC launched the official music video for their anti-bullying anthem “Haters” in the early hours of June 21 on TLCVEVO and iTunes.

The video was shot back-to-back along with the video for “Way Back” on April 20, directed by Chris Robinson and his son Lil Chris (LCRF).

The video features numerous fans who were invited by the girls to take part in the video with them, and they had a blast!

“Haters” launches an anti-bullying campaign the girls are supporting.
