TLC Perform For Macy’s 93rd Thanksgiving Day Parade In Style

tlc-1 (6)

The 93rd Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade was bound to be an outstanding success with the addition of the services of the legendary TLC!

Earlier this month, we reported that T-Boz and Chilli would take to the stage at this years parade, something the girls try not to make a habit to do, as they prefer to be with their loved one’s during the holidays.

However, the sacrifice most definitely paid off! They sounded as fierce as ever as they performed “No Scrubs” and “Waterfalls” during the New York City event on Nov. 28. The ladies were bundled up in all-white Winter gear for the cold weather while performing their classics to help people who were up early working on cooking their Thanksgiving meal to get their groove on.

TLC had the pleasure of performing on the stunning Splashing Safari Adventure float, surrounded by rivers, water slides and exotic African wild animals, including a giant animatronic elephant, which the ladies performed under.

The float was provided by Kalahri Resorts to represent America’s largest indoor waterpark resorts conventions, with locations in Wisconsin, Ohio, Pennsylvania and Texas.

Other acts performing at the parade included Kelly Rowland, Ashanti, Black Eyed Peas, Ciara, Chicago, Idina Menzel, NCT 127 and more.

Soon after the performance, the ladies were whisked off to be reunited with their families for the holidays!

T-Boz took a moment at the airport to share news of the Black Friday deal she’s offering for purchases from her TLCBD healthcare product line.

Wishing you all a Happy Thanksgiving!

The all-new headstone features some one-of-a-kind designs and modern features to complement the stunning colors and smooth finish. Explaining some of the headstones finer details, Tim said, “This is a bronze marker, it’s mounted to the full ledger which is granite. It has brilliant impressions”.

Tim goes on to explain how he has included the lyrics to her original “Waterfalls” rap, just as it was present on her original headstone, as well as a preserved copy of her autograph, her foundation official logo, special words and photos of the family with Lisa and it even features a QR code, which fans can scan and find out more information about the Lisa Lopes Foundation.

The main photo of Lisa in the center of the headstone, which was photographed by director Hype Williams in Honduras, is in fact 3D. “It’s three dimensional, so you can actually feel Left Eye”, Tim explains. “You can feel her hands, her body and her lips. It’s definitely one-of-a-kind”.

Tim met Lisa’s family through an email earlier this year, he told Yakima Herald. “They wanted to see some of my work and I sent them some drawings of projects that I was working on. They liked what they saw and asked me to create a one-of-a-kind [headstone] for Lisa”, he said.

We know Lisa is up there smiling right now.

T-Boz Set For 2020 Return to ‘Days Of Our Lives’ as Sheila Watkins

Is the town of Salem ready for the return of it’s most loved former-felon?

Soap fans as well as TLC fans can breathe a sigh of relief, after having a hint of hope that Tionne “T-Boz” Watkins will be reprising her role as Sheila Watkins in the hit soap, ‘Days Of Our Lives’.

The great news was broke via a brief report on the soap website SheKnows on Nov 1. T-Boz last graced our television screens as Sheila back in May, when she voluntarily quit her role as Mayor Abe Carver‘s (James Reynolds) secretary to save his political campaign, following the kiss they shared together!

Although there are no concrete dates yet announced for her return, it is expected that she will be back on the show approximately in March.

As fans of the show know, ‘Days Of Our Lives’ is filmed 6 months in advance to the air date. With T-Boz expected to return in March 2020 means she will have began filming scenes for the show in September 2019.

Sheila has come a long way since her arrival on the show back in 2016, when she first appeared as a bad girl prisoner who gave Hope (Kristian Alfonso) hell when they were in jail together. Sheila wasn’t keen on having a cop as a roomie and gave Hope a couple of beat downs!

She returned to our screens in 2017 to assist Bonnie Lockhart (Judi Evans) in a doppelganger plotline, assisting her convict buddy in maintaining a false life living as Adrienne Kiriakis in her mansion. Sheila posed as a laidback maid until the truth was exposed and they both fled town.

Sheila then returned in 2018, once again assisting Bonnie in another crooked scheme, bringing in Bonnie’s baby granddaughter as her own to blackmail Lucas.

Following her departure from the show, T-Boz made a brief cameo appearance on the hit WE TV show, ‘Growing Up Hip-Hop: Atlanta, as well as lending her commentary to the Netflix documentary ‘Hip-Hop Evolution and a Jermaine Dupri documentary for WE TV.

Are you excited for some more Sheila Watkins shenanigans on Days?
