Tionne “T-Boz” Watkins has returned to Atlanta! Not for good, though. She is back to see her doctor, and to catch up with her industry friends in this week’s episode of ‘Growing Up Hip-Hop: Atlanta‘!

Her long-time friend, Jermaine Dupri, is throwing a party at Cascade skating rink and has invited his superstar friends; Usher, Da Brat, Dallas Austin and of course, T-Boz.

Deb Antney, Waka Flocka Flame‘s mother, is also in attendance, and she informs the crew that she is still feeling sore from her sexercise class, taught to her by R. Kelly‘s ex-wife, Drea Kelly.

JD is ready to hit the rink his song comes on. T-Boz goes to grab her shoes. “I don’t skate, I moonwalk!”, Da Brat screams before they all hit the skating rink.

T-Boz and Da Brat catch up afterwards. T-Boz tells Da Brat about her trip to Japan and her upcoming tour with Nelly and Flo Rida. “It’s like being an adult to 75 adults, and it’s a headache!”, T-Boz admits.

“You know I filed bankruptcy?”, Da Brat confesses. “No!”, a shocked T-Boz replies. “You know, I did it twice”, T-Boz reassures Brat. “Yeah, I know. I gotta talk to you about that, too. I gotta get some advice”, Da Brat says.

Da Brat gets into the additional drama in her bankruptcy case. “I had a judgement against me that I just can’t pay, about the thing I went to jail for, [for hitting somebody]”. “They wasn’t really hurt though, right?”, T-Boz queries. “A little bit?”. Da Brat reveals that the woman was pretty injured. “They say she has some sort of brain damage”.

A concerned T-Boz asks Da Brat if she has lawyers to help her case. Da Brat reassures T-Boz that her legal part is being taken care of. “I’ll keep you in my prayers about the other stuff”, T-Boz says to Da Brat as they say goodbye to each other as Da Brat needs to be up early.

Although T-Boz was announced as part of the cast of Growing Up Hip Hop: Atlanta earlier this year, she has revealed that she won’t be in many more episodes because she and her daughter, Chase Rolison, quit early into the recording.

She told us that her appearance will be more of a cameo, so that is something to keep fans happy!

T-Boz can also be seen on the So So Def special ‘Power, Influence and Hip-Hop: The Remarkable Rise of So So Def’, about the importance of music mogul, Jermaine Dupri.

Three strong, independent 90’s girls Chilli, Mya and Lil’ Kim are gearing up for the cruise of a lifetime — welcome to VH1‘s Girls Cruise!

“I’ve travelled the world, seen it all. But the music industry is tough. Especially for women”, Lil’ Kim narrates in the show’s opening. “We never have the time to just stop, and enjoy the view”.

“So I’m bringing some of the baddest females and some of my besties to set sail on a 10-day trip to make up for lost time!”, Kim continues.

This trip is about bond, breakthrough and turn up! We’re gonna sea, slay and love across 3 of the most beautiful Caribbean islands — Barbados, Tobago and Trinidad. Ending in the most epic street party in the world!

Mya and Lil’ Kim have been ‘bonded for life’, as they shared their first Grammy together for their 2001 collaboration for the Moulin Rouge smash, “Lady Marmalade“, but Kim had yet to form a real bond with Chilli.

“I’m like the 4th member of TLC!”, Lil’ Kim exclaims. “Chilli, T-Boz and Left Eye were always my sisters. I have so many memories with Left Eye, and so many memories with T-Boz. But, I don’t have any memories really with Chilli, because we never really got to bond”.

“I do need a vacation like, yesterday!”, Chilli confesses. “But, I’m a planner… You know what, I’m gonna do it! I need a break, a little break!”

The girls touch down in Barbados and meet up on a multi-million dollar yacht! Chilli and Mya meet Lil’ Kim’s friends joining them on the cruise — B. Simone, Pretty Vee, Tiffany Panhilason and Char Defranseco.

“This right here is my baby hair motivation!”, Mya states about Chilli’s famous baby hair. “Everybody, study the baby hairs! Baby hair queen!”, B. Simone adds.

The girls and Char all toast the moment with champagne — except Chilli, who has a bottle of water! “Hold on, hold on, why do you have water?”, B. Simone questions Chilli.

“I don’t drink the devil’s juice”, Chilli replies. “Ooh, seriously you’re keeping me focused!”, B. Simone says. Chilli explains, “I don’t drink the devil’s juice, I don’t do any drugs whatsoever. But, that doesn’t mean I don’t know how to turn up!”.

Tune in to VH1 every Monday to keep up with these iconic ladies to find out what they get up to on their once in a lifetime journey!

TLC said ‘Good Morning America‘ in style, as they gave the morning television show the ultimate dose of girl power, performing a fresh medley of their greatest hits!

The trio of musicians rejoined the stage together at the end to get “Low” to Flo Rida’s debut hit!

The superstars also took some time out for a Facebook Live interview for GMA in the shows green room.

“We talk about relatable issues that everybody can relate to, no matter what age you are”, T-Boz says about why their legacy stood the test of time.

T-Boz also offers some advice for up and coming musicians in the industry. “Be true to yourself. Respect yourself, and don’t compromise your integrity, morals or character for nothing or nobody”.

“That sounds like life, for me!”, Nelly exclaims. “It works”. Chilli adds, “And that’s a hard thing not to do. Don’t get lost in it”.

Nelly touched on what made him a fan of TLC. “TLC is ground breaking, not just for women, but for music in general. They were one of the first groups to take full control of who they are., and not be afraid to be aggressive and say, ‘no, this is how it’s going to be'”.

Their ‘HitMakers’ tour kicks off across North America this summer on July 23 in Tuscaloosa, AL and concludes on August 31 in Irvine, CA. Tickets are still available at LiveNation.com so don’t miss out, it’s going to be special!
