As we previously reported , Sony released a nice selection of early TLC single releases from their debut era last week.

One of the tracks in the treasure chest was the epic Smoothed Down remix, a personal favourite of mine!

However, I noticed the extended mix sounded different. This is because T-Boz isn’t on it!

Somehow, this version features the lead vocals of Debra Killings from the demo of the song (confirmed by Tionne via Megan Dove).

It’s a cool rarity for us diehard fans!

The song has now been removed and replaced with the correct version with the T-Boz lead.
