T-Boz stars in animated movie ‘Trolland’

Tionne “T-Boz” Watkins is featured in The Asylum’s feature length animated movie, “Trolland“!

Released in 2016, Trolland features voiceovers by T-Boz, Ja Rule, Dick Van Dyke, Chris Daughtry and Jerry O’Donnell.

T-Boz plays Jarvik, the leader of the troll pranksters and the older sister of Fenn, played by Ja Rule, who wants the trolls to quit the pranks and get along with the humans!

A troll hates pranking people and is teased so much he runs away. When a park ranger starts capturing the other trolls, the outcast troll has to rescue his friends and family without pulling any pranks.

Egypt feat NINA – Crush on You

“Crush On You” is the last song Lisa “Left Eye” Lopes ever recorded back in 2002.

Egypt were the girl group Left Eye was managing at the time of her passing in Honduras. The girls have blessed TLC fans with the full high quality version of the track they recorded with Lisa!

The song was recorded during Lisa’s period as her alter ego NINA (New Identity Non Applicable) when she signed with Suge Knight’s Tha Row label.

Left Eye co-writer Inga Willis remembers working with Lisa

Inga “Nandi” Willis took time out today to remember and give thanks to Lisa “Left Eye” Lopes today, on the 15th anniversary of her passing.

“Nandi”, named after the African queen, was originally an MC who was signed to Left Eye Productions. Lisa offered her writing opportunities which helped her develop as an artist.

Left Eye offered Inga the opportunity to write her verse on the Donell Jones song “U Know What’s Up”, which became a number one smash all over the world and earned Inga her first check and plaque, putting her on the map!

Inga had other writing credits with Lisa, including work on her debut solo album, 2001’s “Supernova” on the track “Let Me Live”, another outstanding Left Eye verse!
