TLC Surprise Tokyo with Exclusive Show at Tory Burch Ginza Launch

Japan was in for a treat this week, as they received a surprise dose of TLC in Tokyo!

T-Boz and Chilli returned to the capital to perform exclusively at the official after-party for the launch of the Tory Burch Ginza fashion boutique!

The girls wore outstanding pieces from the Tory Burch Sport range during their show-stopping performance, where they wowed the crowd with their iconic hits.

During their stay in Tokyo, they did a spot of shopping to satisfy their retail therapy! Chilli stopped by at clothing store C’est Vingt-Trois, and caught up with an old friend, Moss Kitayama.

T-Boz gave fans a sneek peek of the stunning views from her hotel suite via her Instagram story. She had hinted to fans that she was going to be in Tokyo on her live feed a few weeks ago.

The girls will be back in the US in time for their next show on April 25 at the Pima County Fair.

TLC Announce Summer Tour with Nelly & Flo Rida 2019

The wait is finally over!

TLC are going back on tour this summer along with hip-hop legend Nelly and special guest Flo Rida!

Tickets to the Live Nation produced tour will go on sale on Friday (March 15), with a presale available on Tuesday (March 12).

The 21-city tour kicks off on July 23 in Tuscaloosa, AL at Tuscaloosa Amphitheater. The tour also hits Atlanta, Toronto, Detroit, Austin and more, wrapping in Irvine, CA on August 31 at the FivePoint Amphitheater.

The official presale is being handled by Citi. Citi credit cardholders will have access to presale tickets from March 12-14th before the public sale on March 15th through Citi’s Private Pass program.

TLC previously joined forces with Nelly in 2015 as part of New Kids On The Block’s The Main Event tour. This tour will be something different.

“We had the pleasure of working together before on a separate tour, but it wasn’t ours”, Nelly says. “So, we decided that we had so much fun on that one that we decided we would come together and do our own thing. So we’re looking forward to reaching out to everybody this summer and killing it”.

“We have so many surprises”, Chilli gushes. “It’s going to be a very different tour, and I think you guys are going to be very excited.”

“We’re gonna come together for something special that we feel like nobody else is doing on tour and give you a whole ‘nother vibe”, Nelly continues.

TLC Headline Official 61st GRAMMY Awards After-Party

After the 61st GRAMMY Awards on Sun. Feb. 10, more than 5,000 members of the music industry community will head for the Renaissance-themed official after-party celebration at the Los Angeles Convention Center. The event will be headlined by R&B greats En Vogue and TLC. The private, ticketed event’s festivities also feature jazz vocalist Kurt Elling and a set by DJ Michelle Pesce, as well as gourmet cuisine and dancing.

The ladies of GRAMMY-nominated group En Vogue stirred up the ’90s R&B scene with hits including “Hold On,” “My Lovin’ (You’re Never Gonna Get It)” and “Don’t Let Go (Love),” which was nominated for Best R&B Performance By A Duo Or Group With Vocal at the 39th GRAMMY Awards.

The women of GRAMMY-winning group TLC also made huge waves in ’90s (and early-2000s) R&B. At the 38th GRAMMY Awards, their sophomore album CrazySexyCool won Best R&B Album and its single “Creep” won Best R&B Performance By A Duo Or Group With Vocal. At the 42nd GRAMMY Awards, the group won both categories again with their follow-up album Fanmail and its hit “No Scrubs.”

TLC & En Vogue’s first televised collaboration occurred back in 2008 at the BET Awards, where they were the special guests of Alicia Keys, who also happens to be this years GRAMMYS host.

TLC Reschedule Hard Rock Concerts Due To Flu

Our thoughts are completely with our girl T-Boz right now!

The TLC superstar, who also suffers with the long-term condition of sickle cell anemia, is suffering with the flu at the moment, and as a result she will be unable to fulfil the scheduled TLC shows for Hard Rock this weekend.

However, ticket holders for these shows at Hard Rock Live Orlando on January 25 and Hard Rock Casino Biloxi on January 26 will be able to keep their tickets for the new dates on June 28 & 29.

In a statement, T-Boz said: “We are truly sorry for any inconvenience that this may have caused but we need to reschedule this date. Flu season has hit home and my doctors have instructed me that I cannot travel, but I look forward to seeing y’all in June!”

Tickets will be fulfilled on the newly announced dates, and those who cannot attend the rescheduled dates may receive a refund at the original point of purchase.
