Cardi B Pays Style Homage to TLC at Coachella 2018!

Cardi B teased fans with a throwback picture of TLC on Instagram ahead of her Coachella performance tonight (April 15), hinting that her show would contain something TLC-related!

Well, the surprise was in the form of her outfit! Cardi B decided to rock a TLC-inspired outfit, similar to what the girls wore at the 1996 Grammy Awards!

She also rocked a Left Eye inspired hairdo, similar to Lisa’s look in the “Dear Lie” music video!

Cardi B performed all of her hit singles, including her recent hit “Finesse“, the record breaking “Bodak Yellow“, new single “Be Careful“, and fan favorites from her latest album, including “Drip” and “Best Life“.

Guests on stage included G-Eazy (“No Limit“), 21 Savage (“Bartier Cardi”), Kelhani (“Ring”), Chance The Rapper (“Best Life”) and YG (“She Bad”).

TLC are ready to show some love to their fans over in Canada this summer!

The ladies will be performing at their first festival based in Canada on June 23, on the Soundtrack Music Festival at Kinsmen Park in Edmonton, Alberta.

They will be co-headlining with the legendary group Goo Goo Dolls! Other acts include Ma$e, Eve6 and a Spice Girls tribute act!

TLC Set To Headline San Diego Pride 2018

Billboard have exclusively announced that TLC will be headlining this years San Diego Pride Festival!

“We are so looking forward to performing at San Diego Pride,” Tionne “T-Boz” Watkins said in a statement. “There is so much power in expressing yourself without fear. We hope all LGBTQ people will stand proud and be exactly who they are. Persist with Pride!”

The festival’s theme this year is “Persist With Pride,” a message of the enduring spirit the LGBTQ community has embodied throughout history and must continue to embody through difficult political times.

“Chilli and T-Boz of TLC have consistently used their platform to uplift the LGBTQ community and to create positive conversations around HIV and AIDS that literally changed and saved lives for decades,” said Fernando Lopez, San Diego Pride’s executive director. “We are honored to have them join us at San Diego Pride’s Festival.”

The festival will take place in San Diego’s Balboa Park from July 14-15.
