Tionne “T-Boz” Watkins gave her fans a treat with a surprise appearance on her Instagram Live today (Jan 17, 2021). The gorgeous singer-songwriter had a brief catch up with fans, whilst she sat in a dimmed room in the new home she recently moved into in Atlanta.

T-Boz gave a few fans the opportunity to speak to her directly on camera during the Instagram Live session, which warmed the hearts of every star-struck fan that was randomly selected to talk to her.

During the quick session, a fan asked her when TLC would be heading back on tour. T-Boz made it very clear that her health is paramount, so she will not be doing anything to put herself or her family at risk of contracting coronavirus — but she is still very open to working from home remotely via Zoom.

“I’m not doing a thing until every fucking cootie is gone!”, T-Boz admits. “Until then, I’m gonna be on Zoom working and behind the scenes somewhere, anything I can do from the crib”.

“On a serious note, we all have pre-existing conditions”, T-Boz reveals. “My daughter has Lupus and Sjögren’s, I have sickle cell and my mom had cancer, Lupus — she got a whole God damn list! We can’t afford to catch one cootie”.

T-Boz also reveals that her brother, Carnoy “Kayo” Watkins, is currently recovering from COVID-19 with his family and are on lockdown, so she is unable to see him for the time being. “They are doing good, and that’s a blessing. But, I have had a lot of people lose people and stuff, and I can’t have that”, T-Boz says. “I’m not about to let that [happen to] my family — and people be getting offended and I feel like, fuck your feelings. Have a coke and a smile and get over it! (laughs)”.

Another fan, who was a school teacher, touched on the beauty of home schooling, as it can be beneficial to children, as they are receiving the undivided attention and care of their loved ones, at a pace that is suitable for them. T-Boz co-signed and said that she herself is more of a visual learner, as are her kids, daughter Chase Rolison, and baby son Chance, who was present with his mom having a fun time talking with the fans.

T-Boz states that because of her lifestyle, travelling the world, her kids don’t have a regular lifestyle because they usually join her on the road, so home schooling is perfect for them. “I think [Chance] will do better at my pace, at our pace, at our time because we’re not morning people, at all”, T-Boz says.

“I have rock and roll babies, it’s just the way it is and it’s how we work. Because their mother stays up late — that’s my job. They travel on tour buses with me — that’s my life. So, it became theirs by default”.

TLC are currently working on the A&E documentary “BIOgraphy: TLC“, set to air on the network later on in the year, which will be directed by Matt Kay, and executive-produced by Roger Ross Williams.

In the meantime, for some more T-Boz love, feel free to hit her up on Cameo! You can request a special personalized video shout out from the ‘T’ of TLC, or send her text messages to show your appreciation to the legendary lady.

We wish Kayo and his family a very speedy recovery!

Stay tuned for further details about live shows that have been postponed due to the pandemic.

T-Boz Reveals Title Of Her New CBD Line: ‘TLCBD’!

Tionne “T-Boz” Watkins is currently on a mission to share the incredible health benefits of using CBD with her fans across the world!

Back in September, the TLC star excitedly shared the secret of how she has prevented getting sick on the road whilst on the TLC tour with Nelly and Flo Rida — the use of CBD has worked wonders for her, so she wants everyone to improve their own health, too.

T-Boz confirmed today via an announcement on social media that her CBD line is now up and ready on her very own website!

She initially broke the news via a quick chat to fans on her Instagram, with her adorable 4 year old son, Chance, by her side, demanding his mom to come to bed as he shared a bedtime story with her 912k followers on the social network.

She explained that she was originally due to do some press to promote her new CBD line earlier, but she had some personal circumstances to handle. “I had some situations happen that I had to take care of in the family before I come out and do press, so stuff kinda got set back”, T-Boz said.

Ms Watkins says that the title of her CBD line is a play on words. “My CBD line is called TLCBD — so TL — Tender Loving — CBD! It’s not TLC, it’s TL — CBD”. The products will be available on her website SHOPTLCBD.COM, which will include CBD gummies, essential oils, drops for dogs, facial creams and more.

“One of my goals is to dispel myths, educate and provide accurate information about CBD.  I think CBD is wonderful and it changed my life”, T-Boz said in a statement. “I want to break through the lies, misconceptions and the bad products and bring trust, education and quality CBD products to everyone.”

So, why did Tionne decide to create TLCBD? “Many people ask me that question”, she confessed. “I always start with the “Well, I wasn’t bored, that’s for sure”.

But the real reason is that I really wanted to create a wellness line that met the needs of people like me. I felt like there weren’t enough natural options when it comes to health and wellness products.

I was on tour and I was exhausted. My sickle-cell was kicking up, my skin looked like hell and I felt lousy. I literally couldn’t keep doing it. Something had to change. Someone suggested I try a full-spectrum CBD. IT CHANGED MY LIFE! And I knew, that minute, that I absolutely HAD to bring this product to my fans.

So why TLCBD?  To do something good.  To educate. To create something better than what already exists out there. And to support those who have supported me by making sure they have access to great products.

I really hope you all will love these products as much as I do.

Love,

T-Boz

Chilli Reveals Acupuncture and Red Light Therapy Keeps Her Healthy

There isn’t a more perfect example of the phrase “black don’t crack” than Rozonda “Chilli” Thomas. One third of the 1990’s R&B group, TLC, Chilli hasn’t appeared to age since the day the group entered the music scene over 25 years ago.
After dominating the charts with TLC’s four multi-platinum albums, Chilli is showing no lines of slowing down — professionally or physically.
Despite many years of touring, performing, and life on the road, Chilli has maintained her physique and youthful glow thanks to being disciplined and figuring out a regimen that works best for her. And it’s clearly working.

Mainly, because the 47-year-old mom takes her health very seriously.
“You have to take care of the temple like God wants us to,” Chilli told ESSENCE exclusively. “Your older self will tell what the younger self did. The earlier you start, the better.”
Besides God laying his hands on her, what exactly does Chilli do to maintain her youthful glow?
“I do acupuncture,” she revealed. “I do a lot of different things to make sure inflammation is not in my body. Most people have inflammation, they don’t even know it because they don’t feel it at the time.”
She continued, “A good chiropractor is also essential because your hips and stuff are not balanced. You don’t know it until you lay on that table and you see one leg is longer.”

And with so many new fads on the market promising to reverse aging, remove fine lines and get rid of that stubborn fat, it’s often hard to determine what’s going to have health benefits for the long run. For Chilli, she undergoes cryotherapy, or cold therapy, regularly.
“I also do red light therapy. That’s also good for inflammation,” she said. “It’s an LED light and it doesn’t burn your skin, but it helps with arthritis. Even if your skin has acne and stuff like that, you can find red light therapy. I suggest doing the whole body. That’s what I do on a consistent basis. I don’t ever feel like I have any injuries.”

Finally, she said that the real key to looking as amazing as she does it eating right — a lot. “That helps and you can enjoy life a lot longer,” she said.
Welp, there you have it. If you’ve ever wanted to know how Chilli does it — now you know.
